Marina House is a small, cosy hostel located on the south coast of Dublin bay in the town of Dun Laoghaire. It is near the DART, Dublin's public train system, making it a nice place to stay for people looking to enjoy the city by day(less than 20 min by train) without having to stay in the midst of it. The ferry port is also close by and there are many pubs and bars in Dun Laoghaire that guests can enjoy.

Facilities at the Marina House hostel include internet, common room with DVDs, library, in-room lockers, luggage room, kitchen, iron and board, and BBQ area. The price of rooms include free breakfast (muesli, cereal, toast, coffee/tea) and linens. Phone card are available for purchase and tours can be arranged at the front desk.

Guests at Marina House primarily constst of backpackers and students on holiday, and is not a place to stay for people travelling with children.

The hostel offers weekly rates from October to April.
