Invergarry Lodge is a privately owned, independent hostel located about ten minutes by car from Loch Ness. There are plenty of things to do outdoors, including hiking through mountains and forest, cycling, water sports, and more. Fort William, Glen Shiel, Inverness, and Skye are all under an hour and fifteen minute drive and make great day trips from Invergarry.

The Hostels

Hostel rooms come with 4, 5, and 6 beds, some of which are en suite. All of the rooms have washbasins. It is sometimes possible for couples to rent out a family room with a small surcharge.

Facilities at the hostel include free internet, central heating, lounge with TV, piano, big guest kitchen, dining room, drying room, bike rental, and a cycle garage. Free linens are included in the price and towel hire is available. There is no-smoking in the hostel, though there is a covered seating area outside where guests can smoke.

In addition to many outdoor activities, there is also a village shop, a post office, a petrol station, visitor centre, and an evening pub within 10 minutes by foot.
