Hush Yoga offers yoga classes in Dublin City. The founder, Sinead O’Connor, has an extensive international background in dance and over 10 years experience in the Dublin yoga scene. Hush Yoga focuses on Vinyasa flow with an emphasis on spiraling, twisting, and back bending.

Hush Yoga will offer classes in Vinyasa, Asthanga, Anusaura and Pre Natal Yoga. Also, Saturday workshops in Jnana Yoga (the yoga of knowledge) and Meditation. This will be a well rounded yoga centre focusing on both the physical and philosophical aspects of yoga.

Class Schedule

Hush Yoga also leads yoga retreat packages for tourist looking for something more than a simple vacation. These yoga vacations offer quality classes in outstanding locations throughout the world, including Ibiza and Dahab, Egypt. Hush Yoga offers two types of packages: Hush Rustic begins at €700 for a week and includes basic standard accommodation, while Hush Luxury starts at €1500 for a week abroad and €450 for yoga & spa weekends in Ireland.

All yoga vacations include the same high-quality classes and are taught by instructors with at least 8 years of teaching experience. Classes focus on Vinyasa Yoga and introduce Anusara and Iyengar techniques.
